BatchMaster Web–Shopify Integration

The integration between BatchMaster Web and Shopify facilitates seamless order fulfillment and inventory replenishment processes, providing a streamlined experience for managing e-commerce and ERP systems.

Shopify offers a web link for partners, where they can log in with their credentials to create custom stores. Once the custom store is established, BatchMaster Web can be configured by generating an Admin API Access Token from Shopify’s portal. This access token is essential for synchronizing the two platforms, allowing BatchMaster Web to communicate and operate with Shopify.

The integration enables real-time syncing of key data such as customers, orders, products, pricing, and stock levels between Shopify and BatchMaster Web. This synchronization ensures that both systems are always up-to-date, reducing manual intervention and improving accuracy.

  • Order Management: When an order is placed in Shopify, it flows into BatchMaster Web, where shipment and invoicing take place. BatchMaster Web ensures the sales order is created under a predefined Shopify customer account.
  • Replenishment: Any stock replenishment in BatchMaster Web (e.g., after receiving new stock or manufacturing) automatically updates Shopify, ensuring inventory availability remains accurate for online sales.
